I attended an interview with a cadet where they were told everything was fine and that they would be accepted. Later, the crewing company informed that the cadet did not pass the interview. I don't know who conducted the interview, but it seems there are issues with the interviewers. If someone is unwell, they should be replaced to avoid further problems.
In my opinion, the ships managed by BSM HK are the worst among BSM managements. Supplies are sent, we receive food, and the salary is on time. However, most of the ships are in long charter and the office staff is all from abroad.
