I completed one 11-month contract through this agency and left immediately afterward. The living conditions were unacceptable, and the crew had to drink condensate from the air-conditioning system.

However, supplies were only average and most of the vessels were in poor condition. The agency is recruiting many Filipino ratings while fewer Ukrainian seafarers are being hired.
Under the new management, Ukrainian seafarers are being pushed out while Filipino crew are being favored. The agency requires medical examinations to be completed at one specific clinic and does not reimburse them. Communication with the office has also become rude and unprofessional.
I passed an interview for a second engineer position through this agency. They initially promised placement by the end of the month, but a few days ago they asked me to wait another one and a half to two months. I declined and will not use this agency again.
