I have been working through iPS for a Dutch offshore company for 2.5 years. After a year, the company offered me direct employment, but I declined due to the Dutch contract. I don't feel cheated, even if iPS earned a large commission. If anyone is lowering prices in the offshore sector, it's the sailors who accept such offers.
