I applied for the cadet programme and completed the CES 4.0 test and several additional tests. A psychological test was apparently planned, but the company did not inform me about it, so I found another crewing company instead. I later regretted that decision because my career progression took much longer.
In my experience, the company has a large fleet of mostly older general cargo vessels, with most ships built around 2010. Contracts are short, usually about three months, although they were often extended by around two weeks; crew changes were generally carried out on time. Supply was good and most ordered items were delivered, although supplies were sometimes delayed when the vessel was outside Europe. The company had low paperwork requirements and good support from the office supercargoes.
I worked on a vessel through Ocean Link. The crew was a complete mix, and the second officer had an unusually large number of responsibilities related to safety and drills, while the third officer mainly handled deck greasing. The company itself was pleasant to work with.
