I have only good things to say about OJ Crew. I have been working on the Aries for two months now, and the crew is aware of the agency's reputation. Although I have heard mixed reviews about other companies, OJ Crew has been very responsive and always available, whether it's evening, night, or morning. I have not heard any bad reviews from other sailors either. They have been fair and helpful throughout my contracts, and I have received my payments on time. The only downside is that I did not receive the CBA, but everything else was in order. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.
I joined the ship Atlantis through OJ Crew, which is managed by Baltnautic. In my 20 years at sea, I have never encountered a company like Baltnautic - it's a nightmare! Supplies are missing for six months, and salaries are traditionally paid after the 20th of the following month. The treatment of sailors is terrible! They seem to prefer working with alcoholics and unqualified personnel who don't demand adherence to international regulations. If a competent person joins, they quickly become the enemy. The turnover is insane! The Atlantis is in terrible condition - the ballast tanks are leaking, and despite being in 'repair' for six months, nothing has been done. Spare parts are non-existent, and everything is held together by duct tape. The main engine was repaired by incompetent people, and it won't last long. Currently, we have a good crew, but the company doesn't want us. Avoid this shipowner at all costs. As for OJ Crew, they are friends with Baltnautic and only support them, disregarding the sailors. They lied about the contract and didn't provide the CBA, which is biased towards their interests. I was promised timely salary payments, but I had to fight for my salary, which I finally received on November 11. OJ Crew operates unethically, just trying to hook sailors in any way possible. In summary, do not engage with these two companies!
