The crewing manager was always informed about cancellations, flight delays, and hotel problems and was available around the clock. In one case, I had a conflict and the crewing director helped resolve it. I have only positive things to say about the company.
I completed one contract through Olvia Maritime in 2023 on a Panamax vessel. The office was always available, listened to me, gave advice, and could help with some issues. However, I was told that I would join in the Suez Canal, while the vessel was actually heading to Novorossiysk and regularly calling there. This important detail was not disclosed, and such destinations should be communicated in advance. I also found it unpleasant to deal with the security personnel there.
