I used Santa Lucia to obtain a visa. They quoted the price, I paid, sent them my passport photo and documents, and received the extended visa ten days later. They also have partners for sending seafarers on contracts and charge a fee for leaving.
I was recently offered a cadet position on a river vessel. They asked for $900 for leaving, while placement on a more serious vessel would cost $1,500.
I worked there as a manager. They are responsible and reliable, and I had no reason to believe they would deceive seafarers.
