The entire hiring process was done via email with the exchange of scanned documents, including the contract, and I had to figure out where to undergo the medical examination and buy the uniform myself. The interview with the company was conducted via Skype. In the end, I worked almost exactly as per the contract, and the agency even paid bonuses every month. I have no complaints and am satisfied.
This agency is a typical gang of "effective managers" and a scam project with aggressive marketing. Once you register or send your CV, you are guaranteed lifetime spam in your inbox. The list of vacancies is very limited, and the website looks poorly made by incompetent developers.
