I had a very negative experience with A-VENDO Crewing agency. They promised a lot but delivered very little. I was sent to work on old ships, and the company did not pay wages on time. I had to contact ITF to get my money. The ships were in terrible condition, and the crew was not properly qualified. I worked in the office and saw how the management took money from the crew. I had a very negative experience with A-VENDO Crewing agency. The ships were in terrible condition, and the food was awful, causing me to lose 14 kg during the trip. When I demanded my salary after two months, they told me that I didn't need it because of the war in my country. I eventually received my payment at the end of the contract, but only after a scandal and a letter to ITF. I wouldn't recommend this agency.
