Hello everyone. I want to share my experience with this crew agency. They post several job vacancies almost every day, but the details vary between different managers. As a result, none of the managers have complete information needed to make a decision on whether to apply. It seems that all available maritime vacancies go through this agency, but the reality of these vacancies is questionable. Despite sending my CV to five of their managers via email and WhatsApp, I received no follow-up regarding my documents or interviews. I concluded that this organization is just spamming the internet with non-existent offers and it's not worth spending time on them.
I read the old reviews before flying out and expected the worst; it went fine. Placement was free, wages came on time, and the office — head office in Istanbul, a director in Odessa — was easy to deal with. The ship itself was old and we sat through long repairs, which suited me but will not suit everyone. The agency clearly wants to grow into a reputable shop. LNG openings exist but need French; the LPG principal crews mostly from one country.
