As far as I remember, the Senior 3rd Engineer is in the hotel, and the 3rd Engineer is on watch. The salary is about the same as Royal or NCL, it's all around the same. The contract was 3/2, but I think it changed. Generally, people do not stay there long because the company is a bit 'special'. The conditions on paper are not bad, however, the mentality of the company is strange, to say the least. They would rather hire a new second engineer from outside than promote a 3rd Engineer who has been there for years. Many people come and do not stay long; they just pressure employees, mostly mentally. If you are normal in your head, look for a healthier company and stay away from this one.
