I was cheated out of money specifically as a Ukrainian. The entire crew was paid 100% for travel days, while Ukrainians received only 50%. Everyone had the same contracts. We wrote to the crewing agency asking why they were cutting payments for Ukrainians, but received no response. We also contacted the company, which made an inquiry to the crewing agency, and they also did not respond. In short, I am in the process of trying to get my money from this terrible crewing agency. I have never experienced anything like this with any other Ukrainian crewing agency.
