MA Sea Way

I subscribed to a vacancy from SEA WAY MA and communicated with their manager. They refused to provide the vessel's IMO number until my documents had been submitted for consideration. During the correspondence, I found out that the crewing company charges an agency fee; in my case, it was USD 1,000 for a salary of USD 6,500 on a 68,000-DWT vessel.
