I worked there as a junior engineer. The food and internet were satisfactory. In the engine department, most of the other crew members were Bulgarian, while the ratings were Filipino and Ukrainian.

The company also sent fleet-wide instructions whenever something failed on one sister vessel, creating additional work for everyone.
I worked for Stamco as a chief engineer. I noticed that securing straps were disappearing from cars on the upper decks during ocean passages. The Filipino crew investigated and caught a Bulgarian third officer removing them; he said that only Bulgarians should work there. Because of incidents like this, I had to double-check everything, although the Filipino crew supported me.
My experience with Stamco Ship Management was good. There was no staff turnover during my time there, the office responded to messages, and the company was flexible about shorter contracts and leaving at an agreed time. Spare parts were delivered, although there were sometimes issues with the supply process.
