When I took 10–15 minutes to consider some conditions that did not suit my situation, the crewing representative began pressuring me for an answer and, about 30 minutes later, said that I was not suitable and that my English was poor. The proposed joining date was more than two months away, so the urgency was difficult to understand.
In my experience, Vita Maritime is one of the most reasonable crewing companies. I worked a couple of contracts through them.
